In order to provide relevant marketing communications to leads and customers, Barco uses a preference center to capture interests. Due to a reorganization of the Barco market offering, the preference center needed to be updated. This was the perfect time to give the preference center a face-lift.
IDA supported Barco in delivering a new communication preference center on Marketo Engage.
Solution
To help Barco with a new preference center, we started by collecting the requirements. Because there was no clear idea on the look & feel of the new preference center, we created three starter designs. One immediately stood out, which became the basis for further finetuning.
After approval, the preference center got developed by our development team who added some magic to the Marketo form. Eventually, all workflows, emails and pages were implemented and tested by one of our Marketo consultants.
Result
We were able to fully design, develop and implement Barco’s new preference center as shown in the image below. The page automatically pre-fills your current data and preferences.
